This page explains how Sims Mackenzie Design Group (“SMDG,” “we,” or “us”) handles information submitted through this website.

Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, we receive the contact, property, timing, scope, budget, and project details you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to evaluate project fit, respond to you, schedule an introductory conversation, and communicate about potential design services. We do not sell inquiry information.

Form delivery

The current concept website uses a third-party form-delivery provider to forward submissions to SMDG by email. Please do not submit payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Retention and choices

Inquiry correspondence may be retained as part of our business records. You may ask us to update or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements.
