Four Seasons Private Residence

A private retreat with a sense of occasion.

Completed in 2017 as one of the first spec model homes in the Four Seasons Private Residences at Walt Disney World Resort, this project offered SMDG the creative freedom to envision a complete luxury lifestyle alongside the builder.

Our intention was to carry the sophistication and sense of escape associated with the Four Seasons hotel into a private home. With the future owner in mind, we created interiors that would make everyday living feel as special as a stay at a five-star resort, balancing a polished aesthetic with the comfort and intimacy of home.

The result is a residence designed around the feeling of arrival—a personal resort where relaxation, refinement, and the pleasure of being at home come together.
